In-house training:

All TurboNed technicians are properly trained. Training is a continuous process as technicians need to be skilled in new types of turbochargers. These trainings are performed in-house by dedicated experienced turbocharger engineers. The training also includes the different aspects of on the spot troubleshooting for field engineers.

Clearly theoretical training is not enough. The training therefore includes all practical aspects of assembly and dismantling work. After all a turbocharger is a complex machine which needs to be assembled to a very high degree of precision.
