PLANNED MAINTENANCE:
A standard overhaul will always be carried out following the Planned Maintenance System and according to OEM guidelines. This is usually a combination of fieldservice with workshop assistance. This includes dismantling and cleaning on board. But also taking the rotor to our workshop for cleaning and balancing and
of course the final assembly.
We carry out all common workshop repairs such as:
- shaft end metalspraying/machining
- turbine blades polishing or welding
- glandstrips renewing
- compressor wheel balancing
- 3D dynamic balancing
- vanes polishing
If schedules are extremely tight, exchange parts will be considered.
Our engineers have all consumables at hand. This gives our customers the advantage of not having to purchase or obtain parts in advance. That also means there is no reason to keep spare parts on board. Saving unnecessary costs.
Workshop repairs carried out by TurboNed Services are Lloyds Register of Shipping approved and certified.
EMERGENCY REPAIRS:
Our wide range of stock makes it possible to act swiftly on any demand for major spare parts e.g. rotors, casings. Our objective is to have rotors assembled, balanced and shipped within 6-8 hours upon order.
Specialised companies are contracted to ensure all major shipping ports worldwide can be reached within 24 hours. Skilled engineers are standby for deployment 24/7, completing the scope of our service.
In case of breakdowns with an unclear damage report, we will ship any possible required part.
Unused parts such as gaskets and complete casings, can be returned to us and will be fully credited
